The Collective Group do Paris

The end of last week was a very busy one for us, however this time we were out of the office for a change! That's right, for being so brilliantly wonderful we were able to get away to Paris for a treat. There was escargot, red wine, walks down the Seine, and not forgetting the Eiffel Tower! Exclusive Location...

We have been very busy here at Focus HQ. We have a lot of exciting shoots lined up, so keep an eye on the blog for all the latest news! We have just acquired this fantastic exclusive location as well...

In the spirit of Christmas and all things twinkly (which will come around sooner than you think!), we love these heart and flower shaped fairy lights inspired by this location. Great for bedroom walls, or the living room.

Esquire Magazine

Actress and singer Joséphine de la Baume features as one of Esquire Magazines 'Women we Love'. We love the fact it was shot at our retro location!

Looking VERY good. The model/actress/singer has released a debut album as Singtank (a collaboration with her brother). The Album is called 'Wonder' and is out now.

Wolsey AW12

Now that the days are getting colder, it may be time for you men to wrap up warm. Luckily for you Wolsey have some great sweaters, knits and scarves for the winter. These pictures from their latest lookbook were also shot at our airfield location. Pretty good eh?

This location is perfect for those retro shoots. We fancy watching The Aviator tonight....

One to watch....

The London based illustrator Quentin Jones is our 'One to watch'. The imaginative filmmaker behind Victoria Beckhams' S/S 12 Campaign, is also a a Cambridge philosophy graduate , model (and  just all round uber-cool girl). She specialises in stop motion animation and has worked with Chanel and one of our favourites - Rankin!

We were also lucky enough to have her shoot in one of our warehouse locations (which has sadly been sold since!). She teamed up with Kenzo to create this quirky 2 minute film showcasing their pre-fall collection. 

Talking to the Observer she says '"I enjoy the visual surprises that come up while I'm working; the accidents that happen when you're least expecting it." 

We love her at the moment so keep an eye out for her work....

Canon Powershot

Photographer Emma Hardy shot at our Eclectic modernist home for Canon's new campaign for the PowerShot SX260 HS. This charming tree house which has entertained two generations (and some big kids!) was perfect for this shoot.
